Andrew Gardiner Sr. – Andrew Gardiner Sr. is the founder of Zamar Productions, and currently serves as President of Zamar Group Companies Limited. Having begun his career as an Auditor in the Hotel & Tourism industry, Andrew’s passion for audiovisual has since led to the establishment of the largest production company in the Bahamas.

Along with a successful career in the luxury retail industry, Kay Gardiner co-founded Zamar Productions in 1989, and currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Zamar Group Companies Limited. In her role, she ensures the effective management of the general administration of the organization.

Kay-Andra earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa. She has worked in the Accounting and Tourism industries since 2007, and currently serves as Vice President & Director of Sales for Zamar Group Companies Limited.

Sarvesh earned his Accountant designation from the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from CSJM University, India. He holds over 16 years of experience as an accountant, and currently serves as Financial Controller for Zamar Group Companies Limited.

DIRECTOR OF ATLANTIS PROPERTY

Dorothy has been a member of the Zamar Group Companies Limited
team since 1999, and has served as the Operations Manager at the Zamar/Atlantis hotel office. In her present role as Director of Property Operations (Atlantis Office), she continues to assist in ensuring the success of clients’ events.

Elaine joined the Zamar Productions family in June, 2000, and has
served in many administrative and supervisory capacities. She presently holds the position of Accounts Manager, where she assists the Financial Controller with the day-
to-day operations of the Accounts department.

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over fifteen years of experience in the audiovisual and production industry, Kendal has served as the AV Technical Manager, Manager (Area Lighting Department), and Production Manager at Zamar Productions. In his current role as the Senior Operations Manager, Kendal assists the General Manager of Operations and Director of Property Operations, with the effective management of the Technical Services department.

Asheena gained experience in production services as a former associate at Island Pearls International. Having held various positions with Zamar Group Companies Limited, she presently serves as the Warehouse Operations Manager, where she supervises and coordinates event logistics for the department.

Darlene received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Finance from Florida International University, and joined Zamar Group of Companies Limited in 2010.
